Christian McShaffrey (Undergraduate studies University of St. Francis; Dipl. Worsham College of Mortuary Science; M.Div. Mid-America Reformed Seminary) serves as the Stated Clerk of the Presbytery of Wisconsin and Minnesota (OPC) and is the Pastor of Five Solas Church in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. He and his wife Kelly have six children.

Those who wish to submit articles must be confessional Christians who are in substantial agreement with one of the following doctrinal statements: Westminster Standards, Three Forms of Unity, Second London Baptist Confession of Faith, Savoy Declaration, Formula of Concord, Thirty-Nine Articles.
