Other books on this subject tend to be academic, making them less accessible for the ordinary reader, and they are usually written from a critical Greek text standpoint, which is accepted without giving a fair treatment of the Received Text position. In addition, there is nothing much to help the reader make sense of the plethora of modern English translations that bewilder Christians today.
